Dance has been used for healing in various cultures in different forms specific to their respective region.Though it was not called healing, Dance has been a part of many cultures on both happy and sad occasions, which kept up our well being. It is connected our body and mind.
CMT works on making us aware of our bodies. How each subtle movements that we make, has a story or a belief behind it, and how when we consciously change this movement, the belief behind it, changes. Movement is also a great revitilizer. We use some props, music, rhythms and lots of free movements through fun activities to reconnect to our bodies.
